Dan Cooper

Dan Cooper has been in executive leadership for the last 20 years as either a CIO or COO. In 1999, he began working in the healthcare industry delivering technical solutions and services to improve patient care and support. He has implemented 25 Health Information Exchange organizations in the US.  Dan has led teams that won three IT Innovation Awards, including two for care management programs and one for electronic charting, and received “Integrator of the Year” twice. 

Bill Bailey

William Bailey, RPh, brings over 40 years of executive experience in pharmacy and PBM operations, He co-founded CitizensRx, held key executive roles at Advance Paradigm (now Caremark), and Therigy, and directed pharmacy services at Merck/Medco, and Cardinal Health. Bill's honors include the Merck/Medco Achievement and Quality Pillar Awards, Walgreen Manager of the Year, and a URAC Performance Award.

Nathan Kleinman

Dr. Kleinman has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare data analysis, leadership, and decision support. He helps clients understand and use healthcare and employee benefits data. He is a specialist in Real-World Data and Real-World Evidence, collaborative study design, results presentation, and decision support. Dr. Kleinman has expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, population risk, and high-risk patient identification.

Lisa Berning

Lisa brings 25 years of experience delivering innovative strategic, technical, and operational healthcare solutions for organizations like Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Change Healthcare, Providence Health & Services, WebMD, and Multiplan (formerly Beech Street). Lisa provides expertise in Provider Contracts, Eligibility and Claims, Virtual Card Programs and Straight-through-Processing Payment Solutions, as well as HIPAA and HITRUST regulatory compliance,

Laurie McBrierty

Laurie McBrierty has over 25 years’ experience in product management and marketing for both new and existing products. Laurie’s expertise is taking an idea or concept through the product life cycle. This experience combined with extensive experience in healthcare, including health systems, vendors, education, and health plans helps ensure Exouza products are proactively managed.
