Dan Cooper has been in executive leadership for the last 20 years as either a CIO or COO. In 1999, he began working in the healthcare industry delivering technical solutions and services to improve patient care and support. He has implemented 25 Health Information Exchange organizations in the US.  Dan has led teams that won three IT Innovation Awards, including two for care management programs and one for electronic charting, and received “Integrator of the Year” twice. 

Bill has over 40 years of experience, including startups, consulting, and complete oversight in the PBM, Mail Service Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, Central Fill Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, and Nuclear Pharmacy. His vast experience includes helping start and operate one of the first mega central fills/mail service pharmacy in the US as the Director of Pharmacy for Merck/Medco’s first NDP Pharmacy in Las Vegas. He, along with other team members of RxWorkz worked to design and build the Abbott (Now Abbvie) Humira Pharmacy-Abbott Campus, Chicago, IL. Recently he was the COO for CitizensRx PBM, from its infancy in Oak Park, IL., that included starting a fulfillment operation called PraxisRx (A CitizensRx Affiliate)-and was the President/COO.

Laurie McBrierty has over 25 years’ experience in product management and marketing for both new and existing products. Laurie’s expertise is taking an idea or concept through the product life cycle. This experience combined with extensive experience in healthcare, including health systems, vendors, education, and health plans helps ensure Exouza products are proactively managed.

Gary Rice is an accomplished Senior Executive, Advisor, and Thought Leader with more than 40 years of success across the pharmaceutical industry. His broad areas of expertise include healthcare, sales management, operations management, business development, clinical, and program management.

Sandra Scheppler has extensive experience in the medical and pharmacy benefits markets. With a deep understanding of healthcare systems and PBM services, Sandra has successfully navigated the complexities of these industries on behalf of self-funded clients. Sandra's expertise includes developing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and streamline benefits management for clients who desire savings without compromising access and quality.

Dr. Kleinman has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare data analysis, leadership, and decision support. He helps clients understand and use healthcare and employee benefits data. He is a specialist in Real-World Data and Real-World Evidence, collaborative study design, results presentation, and decision support. Dr. Kleinman has expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, population risk, and high-risk patient identification.

Cathy Farris is the Director of Member Services at Exouza where she strives to answer questions efficiently and solve problems quickly for members. Previously she was an elementary school teacher for 27 fabulous years in Texas.

David Buckley is a successful senior financial executive with over 35 years’ experience leading accounting, finance, treasury, risk management and information technology initiatives for venture capital and private equity backed companies. He has extensive experience in healthcare, including multi-site operations, payer reimbursement and third-party administrative services. David has successfully executed and integrated mergers & acquisitions, including behavioral health companies and healthcare providers.

Lidia Zekic Karp RN BSN serves as the VP of Clinical Operations at Exouza, Inc. since March 2023, providing operational leadership and strategy for a hybrid PBM, with a focus on prior authorization and appeals processes. In previous roles, Lidia spearheaded process reorganizations to enhance efficiency and focused on quality and clinical performance improvement across healthcare entities. Throughout her career, Lidia has showcased a robust background in healthcare technology, product management, and clinical operations.

Lisa comes with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative strategic, technical, and operational solutions in multiple healthcare verticals and organizations; to include BC/BS, Change Healthcare, Providence Health & Services, WebMD, and Multiplan (formerly Beech Street and Private Healthcare Systems). Lisa provides expertise in Provider Contracts, Provider Demographic and Fee Schedule Data, Healthcare Eligibility and Claims EDI, Electronic Remittance Advice, Claims Payment and Print Distribution, Virtual Card Programs and Straight-through-Processing Payment Solutions, NACHA CCD+ ACH Payments, eChecks, X12 EDI Transactions and Proprietary Formats, HIPAA Standard Transactions/Privacy/Security, HITRUST, SOC1/2, Cybersecurity, and PCI Compliance.

Patty Powers is an IT professional with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare technology. Her demonstrated skills span the Software Development Life Cycle, documenting requirements to post implementation. She brings to the table a keen eye for automation, troubleshooting, and problem solving. Her superpower is listening to the needs of others, then bridging that gap between what is and what is needed.
